No returns can be made but in some circumstances we offer refunds. 

Refunds:

Due to the nature of digital products, all purchases for digital courses are final and non-refundable. Once you have accessed or downloaded the course materials, you are not eligible for a refund.Due to the nature of our consulting services, we do not offer refunds on any payments made for our services unless you were charged after submitting a request to cancel your subscription with us. 

We may offer refunds in the following conditions:

If the service has not been performed.
If the service performed was different from the one ordered or requested.
A full refund will be made if we are in error.

Exceptions:

Notwithstanding other provisions of this Policy, we may refuse to grant returns or refunds if:

You received what you ordered, but simply changed your mind about the service.

You were aware or notified of the problems with the service before making the purchase.

You did not like your purchase or realized you had no use of it.

Account information for our digital courses are sent to your email once payment is received and can be accessed immediately. Customer satisfaction is our utmost priority as we take all complaints about the services we render very seriously. This Fulfillment Policy (the “Policy”) informs you about our delivery policy and the rules and guidelines relating to the refunds for services purchased on our website.

Cancellation Policy

At Strategy Growth Consulting, we understand that circumstances may arise that require the cancellation of a consulting engagement. If you need to cancel your scheduled consulting services, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss your situation. While we do not offer refunds for canceled services, we are committed to working with you to find a suitable solution or reschedule the engagement at a convenient time. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to our cancellation policy.

Project Abandonment

If after repeated attempts by Strategy Growth Consulting to begin, continue, or finalize the delivery of the Services, Client fails to participate, or becomes otherwise unresponsive to Strategy GC’s requests and such continues for a period of thirty (30) days, the project will, at the option of Strategy GC, be abandoned, whereupon Strategy GC may reduce any refund for the Services to the Client to zero, and Client hereby provides its agreement to such forfeiture of any amounts of the Fees that have been paid by the Client for the Services as purchased online or as described in the original Order Form, wherever applicable.
